However, things started going south about ten years ago when publishers began to stop mailing and started doing everything online. Brian had to pivot quickly, and he started working with insurance companies, manufacturing companies, higher ed, fundraising, and professional services. One of Brian's most significant successes was with a Fortune 500 company that had a 46% growth year over year in their cross-sell program. Brian's agency has also had response rates as high as 30% increases in other packages for other companies.
