Jamey believes that America has the potential to lead the world in developing peaceful technologies. He talks about the need to start where people are and the importance of developing products that are logically the best ones for the environment. Jamey also talks about the various challenges faced in developing sustainable technologies, such as compatibility issues between different charging networks, and how it is important to find solutions to these issues.

Jamey Johnston has had a long career in startups and sustainability. He started International Solar and Energy Conservation in 1980, where they sold solar thermal window coverings and various sustainability technologies. Later, he started a company called Golden Technology, where they made alcohol out of cereal grains, which was fed to dairy cows to boost milk and butter fat production. Jamey believes that sustainability is the way forward and is passionate about finding logical solutions that benefit the environment.‍
