Bennett shares that he got into the Amazon space after attending an e-commerce conference in Thailand eight years ago. Chad then asks if Bennett's agency has seen more clients and volume recently, to which he responds that they are not quite at their peak yet, but the volume is increasing.
When asked about what separates successful Amazon sellers from those whose accounts are shut down, Bennett says that the best products are the ones that win in the marketplace, whether physical or digital. To be successful, a product must be unique and stand out among its competitors. Bennett also offers advice on where to allocate an advertising budget for Amazon ads, suggesting that driving outside traffic, which is a lower cost alternative, and reducing the price of products, are effective strategies for increasing sales and organic ranking.
